Reasons Why Your Arab Certificates Of Origin May Be Refused
Arab British Certificate of Origin (blue/green in colour).
1) 1 original and 3 copies of the commercial invoice must be supplied and accompany the certificate.
2) The full name and address of the manufacturer must be stated in box 6 throughout.
3) If the goods are of foreign origin, then evidence must be attached with your certificate of origin eg copy of foreign manufacturer’s invoice.
4) The Control Copy (green copy) and Application (blue copy) must be signed by an authorised signatory at the bottom right hand side (boxes 8 and 9)
5) Please ensure that payment is attached to your Arab British Certificate of Origin and accompanying invoice(s), indicating what documents you require processed.
