Chamber Services

Business Contacts

Networking is an essential aspect of business and Chamber events enable members to meet in a relaxed and informal environment. Inevitably, it is the most active Chamber members who achieve the greatest benefits from their membership, constantly establishing new contacts, building up and strengthening existing relationships, as well as keeping abreast of the latest initiatives that could affect their business.

The secret is to get involved with the regular events and seminars that the Chamber runs as part of an ongoing programme to ensure you benefit from the experience and expertise of others. Events range from Business Networking Evenings, which provide opportunities for members to meet socially, exchange cards, discuss business and make new contacts at decision-maker level, to Lunches, Dinners, Breakfast Meetings and Information Seminars, organised regularly in association with members and other organisations, and covering a wide range of business-relevant issues.

The Annual Lunch and President’s Banquet afford members the opportunity to provide corporate hospitality to their own clients, potential clients or staff. Both events are well attended and always have a VIP keynote speaker from the world of business, politics or the media.

InterTradeIreland Network+Getwork Programme is an exciting trade development initiative to encourage and assist companies (SMEs) in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland to explore cross border business opportunities with some of the island’s largest procurement organisations, while GetworkEU and GatewaysUSA are trade development initiatives to encourage and assist Northern Ireland exporters to explore business opportunities in the new EU Member States of Central Europe and in the USA respectively.
