The dinner will take place in the Stuart Suite.
The speaker for the evening will be David McWilliams, an Irish economist who is a well known economic broadcaster and commentator with RTE and TV3. Mr McWilliams has worked for the Central Bank of Ireland and the Banque Nationale de Paris, and helped draft the Irish submission to the Maastricht Treaty. More recently he has published two books on the economy of the Republic of Ireland. He will be joined by a high profile government speaker from the Northern Ireland Executive.
